The Process

Our Property Reviews are completed in order to assess and understand the basis on which the Client occupies its properties, and consider the level of financial commitment that it has.

Most reviews would commonly include the assessment and validation of:–

• Service Charges
• Insurance Costs
• Business Rates, including assessments of valuations, space usage, etc…
• Possible Rents, Service Charges and Insurance recharges
• Landlords Contributions
• VAT considerations

Our reviews can provide strategic and administrative support in dealing with new and existing rates assessments and seek to reduce these by issuing tactical appeals. We carry out an in-depth review of prior payments on rates, rent, service charges etc and seek to recover money paid in error or based on incorrect data.
